Studio Note:

Some materials are easy to place because their purpose is obvious. Leather Leaf Fern took me longer to appreciate. The more I used it, the more I realized it was often the material that brought everything else together.

Today, it's one of the first materials I reach for whenever a design feels close to finished but still lacks a sense of connection.
