Custom Orders
Custom Order Procedure:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required
- This fee will cover some of the cost of the materials required to create your design
- This fee will come off the price of your design unless a cancellation occurs
- If a cancellation occurs this fee will be used to cover my time and expenses accrued up to this point
- Inspiration photos are used for inspiration only; therefore, the design will be similar not exactly the same
Process:
- Fill out the custom order form indicating your budget, the type of wreath you desire (full, cresent, boho, etc..) and the type of items you'd like to see in the wreath (florals, greenery, lavender, cotton, etc..)
- If you have an inspiration photo, you can submit it to info@gardenbugdesigns.com
- You will be contacted within 1-2 business days to discuss your design concept
- If you contact me during the US holiday season, this timeframe could be longer
- Next, You will be contacted within 3-5 business days when all of the items have been sourced
- It could take longer if "rare" non-stocked items have to be ordered
- At this time we will be finalizing your design concept
- After the wreath has been completed, you will be contacted with photos of your order
- At this point, the remaining balance is now due
- Shipping occurs on the next business day after payment has been received unless it is a holiday, and then it will be shipped next business day
